We have hired Seth for 6 events so far. Graduations, general parties, funerals and weddings. Each event was special with the food being our focus. Creative and elegant, seemingly simple but very complex in taste and textures. Very high quality with attention to local and seasonal purveyors. All events were very successful with high compliments to the food. Each event was highly customized and special, and we trusted Seth to make the decisions based on seasonal selections and details towards the type of event it was.
