Cooking over a fire strips away many of today's conveniences in a conventional kitchen. While cooking you are more in tune with nature and all that surrounds you. Our kitchen is exposed to the element's and is situated so that you can see life all around you from the Bee's pollinating, Strawberries Poppin up in May-July or an occasional Hyena that can be heard in the distance in the evening. The symbiotic relationship between the land, animals and all the staff that help steward the land is a constant reminder of how lucky we are to cook in such a beautiful place.
